I'm hearing that casein protein is best to take at night because of its slow release. But what about taking your regular whey protein at night with milk? Will the milk help make the whey drink more anti-catabolic? If not, does it turn to fat or promote weight gain in any way?

Not sure.
I tried once at night when i first bought it, not anymore for no reasons.
Once in the morning, i just had to endure some ****s in my stomach and rush to the toilet in school, so not anymore too.
And i have only tried mixing with cold waterBULKING
