you mean like they have an ulterior motive? that is absurd
yeah, from what I have heard, and read, and seen from people I would consider well educated, its just not possible. even from my own experience I would agree that spot reducing, is just not possible.
edit* I went back and re-read your post, then read the link. I read your post too fast and thought you said that experts were saying you "CAN" spot reduce, however, I was wrong. You said the expert said you "CANT" spot reduce, which is what I was stating and agree with. my fault ill read carefully and slowly next time :XLast edited by phoenixr2; 02-05-2008 at 10:12 AM.

got me, I'll bite. Aaron, explain your comment! Even if it is possible, I don't think I would be for it. I would rather lose the fat slowly, over my whole body as it sees appropriate than try to target my worst areas. Maybe that is just me though. Aaron, feel free to start another thread if you want to, but I am interested in your standpoint.

Napalm is a product by Avant Research that I've both tried and endorse.

aaron,
good read. I think I managed to stay with most of it and grasp most of the ideas of the research.
on a more personal note, can you explain your hands on experience with the product (Napalm). What exactly did you notice with the product, what did it help, why are you recommending it? I mean, I can guess, and have an idea, but I want your tried opinion and experiences rather than my guesses. Hopefully the OP does not mind, if he does, I can start another thread. Thanks in advance.Only a life lived for others, is a life worthwhile.

Sorry guys, went to the gym for the second time today.
What exactly do you want to know? It reduced fat in my midsection by making it ready for oxidation. I went from 11.5%-9.8% bodyfat... That's right gents, I'm below 10."The world will look up and shout save us... And I'll whisper, no."

Hey phoenix, just wanted to point you towards some more information and feedback regarding Napalm.
Check out this thread for tons of logs, an FAQ and more: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=5591481
You can also found the fully cited and researched write-up on our homepage. This is pretty science heavy, so don't hesitate to ask for clarification or the like. http://www.avantresearch.com/products/napalm/research
