    Unhappy Foot pain after squatting?

Has anyone out there ever felt foot pain after doing squats?

the last couple times ive done them i get pain in my foot, on the bottom by the arch, the next day.

Anyone else ever had this happen? I dont know if my foot position is bad or if the weight is not being dispersed properly, or just bad foot support?

    Any ideas?

    foot placement

did you change the angle of your foot on the floor, or did you widen your stance? was the pain on the inside of your foot or the outside?

    thanks for the help!

i widened my stance just by a few inches, and made sure my feet pointed forward, or a tiny bit to the outside..just fool around with it and you'll find the right stance
