    back

    yesterday, i worked my back for the first time, i did pulldowns, reverse grip barbell rows, barbell rows, machine rows, and deadlifts. today, it hurts to move i'm so sore, also, m inner thigh is aslo sore, what causes this, and will the soreness wear down the more i exercise?

    Yes, but some delayed soreness is good!
