I use it. Take 8 caps pre-workout on an empty stomach and 8 caps before bed on an empty stomach. It works about the same as any of the expensive NO products, and I like using it before sleep to pretend that it will cause me to secrete more GH. I've gotten good results from using it as such. Some people report stomach problems but I have not experienced any.

I'm taking twinlabs version of the same thing Arginine/Orthonine caps and I'd say they work pretty good, the only problem is you have to take a lot of them, I take 10 pre-work out and I might even have to bump it up to as much as 20/day. At that rate they're really not saving me any money over the more expensive NO supplements (ie white blood, etc.). No upset stomach to speak of though.
