during your workout i dont see a problem, but the rest of your day should be water.

just stick to drinking water during your workout and leave the gatorade for post workout.
gatorade has dextrose in it, it'll give you a really fast insulin spike..which isn't too optimal during your workout (it will give you a good energy boost i guess). The thing is you need a insulin spike after you workout, so leave it for your PWO shake and you'll be fine.
