I've been getting some interesting anecdotal feedback about 5-HTP / Tryptophan and it's effect on libido / erections at various dosages. This PUBLIC poll has been created to simply confirm or deny the limited feedback so far.
I will probably be bumping this poll from time to time, for more feedback from 5-HTP / Tryptophan users.

Ive used up to 100mg 2Xs a day, and experienced nothing at all in terms of primary or side effects

doesnt tryptophan just make you sleepy as fuk because its a precursor to serotonin, or are there other effects.

I've been using 5-HTP for a few months now at 100 mg before bed. I take it 4-6 days a week and have noticed no libito changes whatsoever.
