Serious Mass Weight Product........Awesome product.......

well do u guys think that it is fine for me to have 4 meals a day and then 1 serving of serious mass which has around 1250 cal.........

should i make it one in early before school and one after the workout or just stay with one?...........

I'd say just one post-workout and keep your whole foods in. Next time you might want to consider making your own you can use oats, whey protein, peanut butter, fruit, milk, etc. It's healthier and will save you some money.
