No Gym for the next couple of weeks:(

I am temporarily without the use of a gym so I am relying on bodyweight excersises for the next couple of weeks. Do you think this program is decent for the interim?

Sunday: 25 minute stairs circuit (run 10 stairs, bodyweight excersise, repeat no rest inbetween) 6-9 repeats depending on how I feel

Monday: 20 minute jumprope circuit (jump rope 1 minute, bodyweight excersise 1 minute, alternating between muscle groups)

45 minutes to 1 hour calistenics program

Tuesday: 25 minutes stair intervals, 10 walk, 2 sprint... repeat

Wednesday: 45 minutes jump rope circuits

Thursday: 45 minutes dance/ gymnastics, 45 minutes calistenics

Friday: workout of choice, possibly hiking, biking, dance

    Saturday: off

Looks fine. And don't forget, sometimes you need a break to make the most progress.
