So it has been a while since I brought updates to my log. Basically not much new around my parts. I have decided to change up my training to a more primative method. NO WEIGHTS!!! ok ok maybe not, but I will limit my weights to under 50lbs. Keeping the intensity high, extremely high (for me). I'm not one who has ever like high intensity training, but hey I'll try it.
My style will combine plyometrics, pushups, and core exercises. My goals for this are to bring up my lower back muscle endurance, core strength and balance. I am an avid pool player and these are things of major concern to me. Tonights workout has brought me light-headedness (not sure if thats a word or not

), nausea, and plenty of good stretch.
All and all I look forward to this, keep checking for updates!
