    Arrow Should i do bodybuilding or lose all ( muscle included)

    Hello i just closed 18 years old , ans i very motivated to go to the gym .

    6"28 Feet

    250 Lbs

    So the thing is i want to get in shape but i don't know what should i do exactly lose everything with muscke or should i keep the muscle and lose the fat and build my body , guys i really need your advice thanks .
    And what is the type of my body ?

    You don't look like you have much muscle to lose. In my opinion, if you start cutting, you'll just look like a slightly smaller version of yourself, still looking kinda fat, just less of it.
    It'd be better to start bulking, put on some muscle. You'll lose a little fat in the beginning which will help, and once you have more muscle, it'll be easier for you to cut fat later.
