Still working on my bodyfat..couple of new pics!
Sup everyone, I am still working on getting my bodyfat down. I've lost about 40lbs since June of 07. I currently am in the 190ish range. I was hoping maybe someone can estimate my body fat percentage??? When I played football in college I was 230lbs and the caliper reading I got was 14.9% at my physcial. I was wondering if I am any closer to hitting the single digits?? Thanks, I appreciate it : )

Nice work, you're pretty damn big! Congrats on the fat loss.
As for you're BF, I'd put you around 12-13% judging by your vascularity and muscle definition, but your abs aren't really visible so I'm not inclined to guess lower than that.

Thanks man! My abs are wierd you can see him if you look dead on but from the sides you can't tell. They come and go haha but I can feel the whole six pack below the remaining body fat I know they are there!

Thanks bro, yeah I've never really been a fan of supplements and putting lord knows into my body. I've done some research and started taking some BCAAs and Muscle Milk as of last week. That's about as far as I go as it comes to supplements. I started lifting seriously prob around my sophomore year of high school which was about 5 years ago. So I've been lifting about 5 years I'd say.

Thanks for the input man, I think I gotta be lower than 15% though. Like I said when I weighed 230lbs I got a caliper reading of 14.9%. Now I'm 190 and actually a little stronger than I was at 230.
As for numbers, I've had my ups and downs. Benchpress has always been my best lift, today I did 225x10, 245x8, 275x8, 295x7, 315x4. Fresh I've gotten 315x6 and a max of 365lbs. Squats I wasn't always a fan of and for some reason I guess cause I am a big runner now the weight really isn't increasing. I got 340lbs for 15 reps. I've done 405 for about 6 or 7 reps and 465 max. Most I've ever done was 505lbs my senior year of high school but I sustained a deep thigh bruise in the end of my football season that put me out of commission on squat racks for awhile. I deadlifted 405 for about 4 reps last tuesday. Nothing that impressive. I am training for the State Police now and I have friends in the Academy that are advising me to just stop lifting and RUN RUN RUN! and do push ups, sit ups, and mountain climbers all day. It's a tough decision to abandon the weights but that's going to be my career and I want to be prepared for the Academy so now I'm slowly turning into a Bodybuilder/Runner. haha

My buddies are telling me the same thing about running, push ups, and situps for the fire academy. I just try to throw them in at the end of every work out and run for my cardio. Best of luck to you, you look like a beast so I'm sure you'll be fine.

Thanks man! Yeah I just do them on my intense running/cardio days. How close are you to the Fire Academy? I ask cause I am a volunteer fireman in my town. I can't actually fight the fires yet cause I didn't go to the academy but I respond to calls and stuff, if the whole cop thing doesn't work out I'll prob end up doing that lol
