All depends on what end your going for. You need strength no matter what u play. I play weakside rush end, I'm 6'3 225 and i run about a 4.9 fastest is 4.79. And i'm not the best that i can be. But i'd prolly say strength and then u can work on speed later on.

I would work on mainly speed and explosiveness. I'll use a metaphor here: Say you're trying to get a nail into a wooden board. You sure as hell would not put the hammer against the head of the nail and try to push it down. You would swing the hammer and hit the nail. This metaphor proves that explosiveness is King to strength. I also had a buddy that played d1 football as a fullback and on the d line like you, and he would always tell me that the thing that changed the most as you progress was easily speed. The strength does get higher but it cant even touch how much faster the players are from highschool to d1 football. So work on 1. Speed/explosiveness 2. Strength
