Why not just put 2 eggs in, and a bit of corn flour? It'll hold it all together and you can then bake/fry/grill it or whatever you want. Gotta love beef kebab's! Bit of mince, 2 eggs, bit of corn flour and whack it on the george forman grill! May not be for those real clean eaters but it'll do me!
