Knee Pain- Squatting/Quad Extensions
Hey guys, just need some input from your experiences. Here is what happened:
- Pre-exhaust leg workout- 5 sets leg extensions, 8 sets squats, 2 sets leg ext.
- Wake up the next morning with knee pain deep and near my knee caps
- It's been a week and a half, still kind of there
- It's not bad, but I probably would not want to risk anything with heavy squats
Any similar occurences with you guys? Never happened to me before. (I have good knees too.)
Any thoughts would be much appreciated!!!!!!

could be from your form, i used to get the same from leg extensions, i tightened up my form and it went right away. you could look into joint support supplements as well.

Just started taking glucosamine and chondroiton 4 days ago. I'll give it a try for a few months, hope to see improvement soon. Any one else have any thoughts??

I go ATG and experience no knee pains. Though, when rep 3 plates it might happen.

No, it's been like 2 weeks since my last quad work out. That is my concern. I have some pain normally when squatting, but that is normal.
