Kinda looking for someone to do this with just to be held accountable. I've gained close to 25lbs since my profile picture. I plan on eating at a deficit between 1500-1800 cals high protein low fat/carbs for at least the next 30 days. I plan on working out 3-5x a week. School/work has hit me hard over the last 2 years but I'm ready to get back in the shape I was in. I'll post my exact weight this morning. If your interested let's get it going!
