What's a dip belt. BTW, what make donkey calf raises so much better? I see it as the same ass motion as standing calf raise, just bent over! And calf presses on the leg press machines seem almost IDENTICAL to donkey calf raises. Is there really a difference? I just wanted a donkey calf raise machine since it's touted by Arnold and some others to be the best calf exercise. Pfffttt.... pisses me off so much.

My boyfriend and I tried them a while ago "old-fashioned style" when he leaned over the bench press bar with his toes on the edge of the spotter's ledge and I sat on his back. I'm sure we looked goofy but he said it worked better and gave him a better stretch than any other exercise for calves. If Arnold and Lou do them........I'm sure there's a reason.

Try it...your calves will kill! And for even more burn, do some 1-leg standing calf raises (machine or elevated on a platform), then do donkeys...ouch!
