    Incline presses

my gym only has benches that decline to 45deg...no lower. most of what i have read say to do incline presses on 30deg or lower. any recommendations on what i should do? is this ok or should i switch gyms (i love my gym tho). my chest is my lacking area so this is a big dilemma for me. thanks.

    well

the steeper the incline, the more ur delts, and shoulders will be worked out, and this is bad if ur aiming for the chest,

however u dont have to do inclines, just do dips, decline, flyes, basically, they all train the chest
