Training Backround/Supplement History
Started training when I was 13, weighing in at 119 lbs! I wanted to play football in highschool and I always got the comment "you're skin and bones, you dont have one ounce of meat on you!" One day I looking in the mirror and finally relized what I had to do....get BIG! I started using the bowflex at home and over the summer went to the High School weight room. I learned alot from the older kids teaching me the proper techniques. I was informed by my dad that If i wanted to pack on some muscle I needed some assitence from Protein. He got me 2 Tubs of protein powder (egg) yuck. I could honestly say I wasn't consistent with taking them but after 6-8 months of training with a sub-par diet I got the newb gains i quickly sprouted from 119-130) very lean gains as well. Later on into highschool around 16 years old, I got my knowledge of nutrtion and supplementing rolling. I picked up my first creatine (Phos****en) and a weight gainer( Prolab Nlarge2) along with a multi. At the end of that year I packed on another solid 12-15 lbs. And I was on my way to where I am now at 18 years old.
My Supplement History includes the following....
Protein- Designer whey, ON 100%, Nitro Tech, American Whey.
Creatine- Phos****en(Original,HP,Elite),Cell Tech, Green Bulge, Vitargo CGL,Thunder,HP(CEE,Micronized),NO Explode.
Glutamine- Prolab

AM- Delts&Traps- Militery Press, Side Laterals,Front Raises,Barbell shrugs, Dumbell shrugs(All will lifts will consist of 3-5 sets, 6-10 reps)
PM-Triceps- Tricep Extention, Bodyweight dips, Close Grip Bench, Decline Pushups( All Lifts will be 3 sets 4-6 reps, 2 sets of 25 decline pushups)
Tuesday-
AM-Quads & Ab's- Front squats, leg press, hack squat, barbell lunges,leg extentions, 3 sets 75 situps (All lifts will be 4 Sets 6-8 reps)
PM- Back- Lat pulldown, Widegrip pull up, Seated Row, T-bar Row (all lifts will be 5 sets 8-10 reps, 3 sets 12 reps Widegrip Pull up's)
Wednsday-
AM- Hamstrings, Chest- Lying leg curls, Stiff legged deadlift, Incline dumbell press, Flat barbell press, decline barbell press, Flys (all lifts will be 3-4 sets 10 reps)
Thursday- OFF
Friday- OFF
Saturday-
PM- Biceps, Calves, Forearms- Barbell Curls, Dumbell curls, dumbell preacher curls, hammer curls, seated calve raises, weighted standing calve rasies, wrist curls ( all lifts will be 3 sets 10 reps, 2 sets 25 reps wrist curls)
Sunday- OFF
The Diet
Meal 1- 8 egg whites, 2 slices wheat toast, 1/2 Oatmeal (1 Serving GlycerGrow™, Green Bulge™, Multi)
Meal 2- 46g Whey Protein Shake, 1 Cup Rice, 8oz Steak, Baked Patatoe, 1 serving CEE
Meal 3- 8 oz ground beef, 1 cup rice, 1/2 oatmeal
Meal 4- Same as meal 3
Meal 5- Same as meal 1(1 serving GlycerGrow, Green Bulge™)
Meal 6- 24oz milk,1.5 cups oatmeal,1 serving CEE
Shooting for....

This is a 90 day log. For the first 30 days I am going to use Controlled Labs Green Bulge™ pre-workout and HP CEE post. For the next 30 days I am going to use Omega Thunder Pre-workout and HP CEE post. For the Last 30 days I will not use any creatine product pre or post workout.
My 90 day goal:
- A lean 10lb gain in weight

- improved recovery time

Well I am back from my workout and Im going to breakdown how it went and my impressions on day 1.
About 10-15 Minutes after my 1st serving of Glycergrow I felt a strange jolt of energy. I had the yern to tear through the weightroom. A definite plus, I've neevr felt this way before a workout. About 30 minutes latter I mixed my next serving to consume during the training session. I started out with chest and about my 3-4th set into the session I had a tingling feeling in my pec's(not bad, kind of a sensation!) Great pumps and enegry really made a presence during my workout. Hamstrings went fine nothing out of the norm.
Workout duration: 53 min
Water Intake during workout- 1 gallon
Overall Grade for day 1: B-
Pumps: B+
Stamina: A+
Strength: C+ (tho can't really come into account this early)
(No problems what so ever. Mixibility, I didnt find that much a problem)
So far I feel a bright 89 more days!

As you know I have Thursday and Friday off. I will keep you posted on my weight fluctuations day to day and the impact of GlycerGrow on my recovery. Can't wait to get back into the weight room!

Amount of sleep : 8hr 37min (I'd like to get more, kind of feeling lathargic)
Current Weight: 191.6....
weight gain so far... [1.3lbs]

Well it is time to get some shut eye!
So far recovery has been good....upper chest is a bit sore, but feeling good.
Tomorrow is another day of rest and will be back hitting the weight saturday for biceps, calves and forearms!

gooood morning everyone!
amount of sleep 9hr 53 min : Feeling real good/seem to have recoverd already to 100%. No soreness, no nothin'!
Current weight : 191.3
Weight gain so far... 1.0
another thing to note...It looks like my chest is volumized a bit...kind of pumped just like when I left the weight room....a definite plus!If you always do

Mornin'!....
Well I went to bed last night heaveir than ever at 194.7, and this morning after only 8hrs 3min of sleep, I woke up at 193.4! a 3.1lb increase! very happy about that, as it seems to be quite lean while I look alot more volumized.
Todays another day and that day infact is training day!
This afternoon I will hit up the gym and report back as usal with details of how it went

Day 3, and what a day it was. I can not say enough about the rush of energy that i get pre-workout from GlycerGrow....I just cannot put into words!
Today was Biceps,Calves, Forearms: My workouts were relentless, plowing through the weights. I got a great pump in the bicep region tho not painfull just pure 100% volumization as well as teh first sign of increased vascularity. Calves recieved a tremendous pump; very skin tight after about 2-3 sets. My forearms were already pulsating from the bicep workout there was no need to over work them. Overall day 3 went very well, felt stronger than ever!
Water intake during training- 1 gallon.

Overall Day 3 grade: A-

Went to bed last night at 196.5 woke up this morning at 194.7 4.3 lb increase Really happy about that.
Today is my off day and I am gonna eat up my kitchen!, I will post later tonight on my weight before bed and how my recovery is goin'

Mornin'...
amount of sleep: 7hr 45min
I felt like I had a good sleep waking up and looked at the clock and relized I hardly got 8 hours! Kind of pissed but I do feel refreshed and recoverd, so thats all that matters.
I went to bed last night weighing a low 193.7 and woke up 192.2 don't understand the reason for the loss in weight, mabye loss in water weight...Weight Gain = 1.9lb's
Oh well, todays another day and its time to hit the iron once again!
Today is Delts/ Traps -AM
Triceps- PM
Will report back after MY PM session to give the details of how Day 5 went.

loving your DETAILED log bro. i am going to use my first dose of glycergrow today. hope to get great result too. i will use a somewhat similar style of log, grading strength, energy level, pump, attitude, using a scale of 1-10.

What up guys!
Do you want the good news or bad news?
Well i'll start of with the bad news....
I really F'd up my right delt today. I think I pushed myself to much with my militery press's. On my 4th set and 5th rep my right delt totally gave out and got a sharp stinging pain when i tried to lift my arm up
I didn't cut my workout short though cuz im a true warrior
Trap workout was INTENSE! I was in the zone like you wouldn't beilieve! One of the best workouts i've had in the sense of motivation and determination.
PM was triceps...had to cut it short because they were so pumped i couldnt do one more rep or they'd explode....its 4 hrs later and they are still pumped! That wat I call a perpetual pump!
My day 5 review goes as follows.....
Pumps A
Stamina A-
Vascularity B+
Strength A
Overall Day 5 grade: A-
I'm stuffed full and I'm bout' to get some shut eye!

How are you dosing it?? I was thinking about doing something like 2 scoops pre workout and 2 scoops during workout.

Yeah, i'm taking it easy..going to take today off and take plenty of arnica and ib profen.
To warriors: I dose with 3 scoops 30-45min before workout and than 2 scoops in 32 oz powerade during my workout while downing a gallon of water alongside.
Today I am just going to let my body heal and tommorow will pick up where i left off
Current weight: 193.2
BTW, I will start logging my calorie intake along with carbs and protein at the end of every day.

DAY 7
Hey guys!
Due to my sore shoulder I just did not do my PM back session. Insted Quads & Ab's only.
Great to say my lifts really went up a bit for my quad workout.
Leg press went from 990 4 reps to 1080
Front squat went from 315 6 reps to 365
Really felt in the zone again...I really beilieve green bulge and glycergrow pre-workout is a lethal combo. I freaked out when i was resting after my leg extention set and looked down and saw a bit of veins rippling on my upper leg such a good feeling!! Pumps really stayed with me from the 1st rep all the way to the kitchen table.
Still pissed about my shoulder....my Doc said if i insist lifting go extremly light. Said to take plenty of advil (I take IBU profen tho) and to use the heating pad.
I feel that I will be back to 100% in about 3-4 days, no worrys!
Day 7 Grade
Pumps: A-
Stamina:B+
Vasularity: A
Strength : A
Overall grade : A-
A bit lathargic; only got 6hrs 48min sleep; dont know why
I am feeling a bit better though, gonna keep stuffing my face and will report before bed on my daily intake

I came across your thread and have gotten interested in GlycerGrow as a result. Are you keeping a photo record of your progress along the way--or at least "before and after"?
Your dedication is a great example--but be sure to take care of that shoulder!

Day 7's Daily intake was as follows

Alright now that we got that out of the way, Today is my off day which is great; so that I can rest my shoulder! I have been heating it and taking plenty of anti inflamatory's and I can now say I am feeling a whole lot better. My recovery from my quad/ab workout is great feeling great no soreness. My weight really weight has fluxuated a bit but waking up has stayed around the same. I am currently waking up at 194; 3.7 lb gain so far, hope I can keep that steady progress throughout the 90 days Well today's a day of eating and relaxing and heating, Don't know much more to say!

I'm back to 100 percent baby! I could'nt feel anymore better. Unfourtunutly today is my off-day .....Yesterdays Daily Intake
Calories 5190
Carbohydrates 510
Protein 263
Water Intake 2gal
After a day of stuffing my face I woke up Today at a all time high of 197! Mostly water and extra food in my stomach. I am happy though because I am bulking of course. I hope to mabye gain another 1-2 by tommorow.
Overall I am feeling healthy, no problems at all and feel really on top of the game. It is unreal that its only been 9 days! 81 more baby.
