AM/PM Workouts and Eating
I am planning on cardio in the morning (5:30am) for an hour.
I would also like to weight train in the late afternoon (6-7:00pm).
Is it better to eat before the AM workout, or after.
For the PM workout, dinner before or after the lifting?
I hope to do cardio every day in the morning, and each day work out one specific muscle group for each day of the week.
Any feedback would be appreciated!!!
