    Kashi Cereal?

    Is Kashi Go Lean a good cereal for breakfast along with eggs and oats.
    Kashi has 13 g protein per cup with 10 g of Fiber.. Is it good for bulkin?

    Kashi is one of those foods that you would want if stranded on a desert island. Very good ration of fiber, protein, carbs, fat( a little low on fat) but what the hell you are on a desert island.

    Very good if mixed with yogurt.

    I can't eat it with milk but alone staright from the box it goes down good and tastes yummmy.

    I believe its 190 calories per serving so nothing to high there.

    I mixed GoLean Crunch with my Oats (1 cup a day) for 5 months. I had no problem dropping 10-13% BF, and almost 38lbs. I recently cut it out due to wanting my diet to be very strict/clean.

    I do the same exact thing. I have Kashi Go Lean mixed with yogurt for breakfast/pre-WO every morning. It's definately hi grade stuff. Very good for energy for your workouts. I was never much of a cereal eater until I had that combo.
