any program for a person with bad genetics?

I dont have the best genetics(my family comes from a line of very very small and skinny people), but that hasnt stopped me from making gains. I feel like I'm only gaining when I'm sore and usually I do more sets than normal(around 8) and sometimes I dont even get results from that.

    Cool

Nice article but really doesn't do much to help this guys delema.

There is hope my friend! I too was cursed with poor genetics but there are ways to gain muscle and make yourself at least look like you bodybuild and set yourself ahead of the average non-trainee.

First start by checking out the following:

    www.hardgainer.com
    www.weightrainer.com
    www.angelfire.com/ego/gethuge

These will give you the basic knowledge you will need to get you started. Also search the web for info on Randell Strossen and his book "Super Squats" which also contains some very helpfull info.

Lastly if you can spare the change get yourself a copy of "Beyond Brawn" by Stuart McRobert. This book contains everything you will ever need to make great gains in mass and strength!

    Cool

Very good point Ja2001x. I hadn't checked out cyberpump in a while but when I did (yesterday) i found out that the content is gone, there's nothing left there of any real value......oh well another one bites the dust.

Mark, I think that we can safely assume that our friend here fits into the hardgainer slot if we just take a look at the basic info he's given us so far.

    Peace!
