Hey, sometimes in my house there isnt really that many great protein sources around the house, exept the ever life saving milk.
But for whole foods when i run out of tuna and meat pies, there might just be baked beans and toast to eat, 1 can of beans and 4 slices of toast with butter might be a meal ill have.
Is this reasonably alright meal?

..all depends on your diet and what your goals are, but if you are bulking, then I would say no.
