Change workout with Creatine?

Since the main reason to take creatine is to increase ATP availability so that you can perform more reps and sets and lift more weight, should I change my 5x5 routine if I decide to take it?

First start taking it for a few days or a week or two and see if you feel that you can increase the weight/reps. If you feel you can, then go ahead and change up your workout.
