Meal variety and chicken breast fat macro question?

hey guys, ive just reconstructed my meal plan and ive been using the same exact food for meals 2-4. Does getting macros from different variety of foods matter? For example, my meals 2-4 are sweet potato, chicken breast and broccoli. they fit my macros and calorie goals very well and i also find it very easy for me to stay on track if i eat the same thing everyday. Also, most of my fat macro for the day comes from skinless chicken breast. A fitness expert told me that not all fats are created equal? Does it make a difference if its from nuts or chicken breast? thanks

This screams worrying!! There isn't much fat in chicken breast, as the fact it's "most" of your total fat... Sounds like you're eating far too little

If this is true my guess is your not getting enough fat. Your MINIMUM fat intake per day should be at least 80 grams. Especially at your age, a low fat diet will really mess with your hormones.
