So...I'm back and going to keep this intro brief, okay? Things haven't been to hot for me and I would really like to thank the people at MN and AN for not completely writing me off. Current training routine: I've been sticking with a heavy low rep scheme so far during my bulk w/ a lil bit of DC added into it at times. As for my current split its not set in stone due to the fact I'm working now and never know when I'll get done. Right now I'll just outline it with whats mentioned below...
Diet macros: Haha... I've been drinking a lil' bit and just enjoying food for awhile now. I'm actually dissapointed in myself, but thats why this log will be more of a recomp/cleaner bulk

I have always been wanted to try this out full bore, but lately I just do something from time to time in the gym. I really like the stretching exercises they seem to help me out alot.

It appears my dates are a little messed up, haha. I'll get that figured out soon enough I guess. Decided to take today off and catch up on some sleep. I had to do the barrel route(kegs) today, so thats a workout in itself moving around those bastards. Not much to note just hope I can drift asleep pretty soon, later for now.

Since I've purchased a new belt I'm really starting to feel comfortable with heavier squats now. My back doesn't feel stressed at all and I guess I get some placebo confidence from the belt, haha.
