Guess who's back??? X-Factor & Drive Take 2...


All about Gigg's


So...I'm back and going to keep this intro brief, okay? Things haven't been to hot for me and I would really like to thank the people at MN and AN for not completely writing me off. I've purchased some more XF and Drive to run this log like it was supposed to be run. I'm looking forward to getting back to posting and hopefully I can catch up with y'all again. Thanks again guys and I'm looking forward to getting this underway.



Age: 22yrs old

Height: 6ft

Weight: 234lbs

Approximate bf%: Around 16%

Measurements: TBA

Current training routine: I've been sticking with a heavy low rep scheme so far during my bulk w/ a lil bit of DC added into it at times. As for my current split its not set in stone due to the fact I'm working now and never know when I'll get done. Right now I'll just outline it with whats mentioned below...

Monday: Chest/Tris/Calves/Abs
Tuesday: Back/Traps/Bi's
Wednesday: Legs/Calves/Abs
Thursday: Delts/Light Traps
Friday: Arms/Abs/Calves
Saturday: Light Legs/Misc
Sunday: Off.

Diet macros: Haha... I've been drinking a lil' bit and just enjoying food for awhile now. I'm actually dissapointed in myself, but thats why this log will be more of a recomp/cleaner bulk

Current Supp's:
BSN Syntha-6
Isopure Whey isolate
Xtend
Size On
Plus the regular essentials
X-Factor dosing protocol 4 caps spread throughout the day.
DRIVE dosing protocol... not sure? need to read the bottle.

Goals: To be 100% committed to this log, hopefully redeem myself and just get back to where I left of here at bb.com.

GYM: Chest/Tri's/Calves/

All warm ups excluded

Incline BB Bench: 3x11,7,3
1x225lbs
2x240lbs
3x260lbs
Low Incline DB Press: 3x8 w/ 100lb DB's.
Standing Low Pulley Cable Fly: 3x20,15,???
1x50lbs
2x60lbs
3x70lbs

Dips: 3 sets to failure w/ a 45lb Plate.
SkullCrushers: 3x15,12,8
1x80lbs
2x105lbs
3x125lbs
Rope Pressdowns: 3x20 w/ 100lbs.

Standing Calf Press: Not sure of the weight, but used the whole stack and went to absolute failure....burned like a bitch

Cardio: I'm going to have to work on this.

Pre/During/Post Workout Supp's: Had 3 low carb monsters Pre workout and sipped on 1.5 scoops of Isopure and a bottle of gatorade.

I have always been wanted to try this out full bore, but lately I just do something from time to time in the gym. I really like the stretching exercises they seem to help me out alot.

It appears my dates are a little messed up, haha. I'll get that figured out soon enough I guess. Decided to take today off and catch up on some sleep. I had to do the barrel route(kegs) today, so thats a workout in itself moving around those bastards. Not much to note just hope I can drift asleep pretty soon, later for now.

Summary


I'm sorry I have been a mess of late and I've seem to get myself behind the 8 ball. I've been debating how I was going to do my updates from here on out, but I'll save that for tomorrow since I'm taking that day off. It probably has been long enough time to establish how the supps are working, so I plan on just jotting down my thoughts and letting you all know what is going on thus far.

GYM: Legs/Calves

All warm ups excluded

ATG! Squats: 3x15,12,7

SLDL on Board: 3x20 w/ 225lbs.
Leg Ext."Rest Pause" w/ whole stack: 1x18+11+7
Lying Machine Leg Curls: 3x15 w/ whole stack.
Walking DB Lunges to failure: 1x50lbs DB's pretty damn far


Standing Calf Raises: 5x30'ish reps w/ 350lbs.

Cardio: Meh, I'm too fat right now

Pre/During/Post Workout Supp's: 2nd serving of Drive w/ low carb monster. A scoop and a half of Iso Pure Whey w/ a half bottle of gatorade sipped pre/during.

Since I've purchased a new belt I'm really starting to feel comfortable with heavier squats now. My back doesn't feel stressed at all and I guess I get some placebo confidence from the belt, haha. Strength feels really awesome with squats right now and I'm thinking I can get to repp'n 405lbs pretty soon.

Diet


I've had a complete mess of a diet today, but I'll post it up for some laughs.

Summary


This is friday's update I'm not sure, but I couldn't log onto bb.com for a day or two??? I took saturday off and I will have today's update (sunday) coming up shortly. After that I'm thinking about getting some other topics off my chest and trying to get this log in better order for you all.

Those are some pretty monster squat numbers. 315 x 15 is no joke. I am struggling to get up to 200 x 20.
