Whoa! Two months without working out sure makes me feel, well, rusty! Between sick kids, being sick myself, and the baby not wanting to sleep, finding a chance to make it to the gym in the morning has been impossible. But, I am back!
This morning, I began on the weights again after doing cardio only last week. I'm gonna ease back in and not try and go gung ho too soon...my bones are getting to old to do that!
Anyway, here was the workout today:
Squats : 4 sets of 10
Military Press : 4 sets of 10
Treadmill : 20 minutes of interval work.
I tell ya, my legs are already getting sore...I usually don't start feeling sore until the afternoon. I plan on being back at it bright and early tomorrow!
