I drink just enough to help get the food down, no more than 1 cup. Don't drink too much during the meal, I read somewhere it'll interfere with your enzymes breaking down the food. Drink some beforehand and wait a bit after your meal before drinking more. Keep most of your water intake to between meals.

Generally between a quarter and half a litre, depending on what I'm eating.

WTF does "homo" have to do with anything? And no, you don't need a plan, you need to get over that and eat whatever you feel like whenever you feel like. You "needing a plan" has nothing to do with anything, you need to eat, and if you refuse, which you are, you need to be in a hospital where they will make you eat before you DIE. As for "elevating the thread" Scoch, somehow I think your life is a lot more important than your water consumption.

yeah , i know how severely retarted/ignorant i am.
(sorry to bring this up again aiendras) but i just didnt understand why eating a planned 4k+ to get the weight up would be worse than the alternative, i understand/understood not counting is/would be optimal but with the other **** (parents etc, sorry to piss you off starting this again) i cant let go of the control issue

because you never do stick to eating enough calories anyway so why bother counting & ^ your not going to be able to get over the control issue if you keep knowing how many calories your eating. Its ovbious you have a problem, i don't even know why we bother, there nothing wrong with counting calories but for people like you it only makes things worse.
But heck why do i or anyone else even bother, its been over a year like this with you yet here we are again. Same place different year.Deport ALL Illegal Aliens

Maybe my lol is my way of coping with the severe disgust I have with the entire situation, including this website being allowed to be accessed by impressionable minds...
I mean, its almost like a cult. Why should someone be allowed to tell other people how to EAT on the internet? Skateboarding tips? one thing...even a particular method of lifting weights, but eating just gets ridiculous.
And you end up with headcases such as this, people who are starving but won't eat bc they're too lost in an endless cycle of binging then cutting too much, and not even for body image at a certain point
