need help with making a workout routine......

so i have been going to the gym since june of 07 and i have gone every other day.......of course i have missed some days but have made them up so this is the problem that i face...................i started the gym at about 100 pounds and now i weigh around 107, i know i am light but i need help setting up a specific routine that can help people like me with problems on gaining weight................i also need to set up a food routine because i know that i lack calories in my intake everyday.............at this point it does not matter how hard it is going to be but i am extremely motivated right now...........i need to pack more punds please help i am ready to learn.........

You kinda answered your own question. It's all about diet. You can have the best routine ever invented and it wouldn't do anything unless your diet was right. Diet is 90% of bodybuilding. You have to eat in a way that will allow you to be in an anabolic state and grow. With a good diet for growth, any routine will work. Well, almost any.....
