I'm going to workout on Monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday, and saturday.
Any idea on what's the best routine? Anyone want to reccomend me one, i'm just looking to get in shape and get some muscle. I'm cutting, but i want to get some muscle also :-)
I researched the workout database and they had some good ones, but some had really odd excersises that i don't have equipment to..
first off, 5 days straight is not advised. ur body doesn't have the recovering abilities to go 5 days straight. do 2 at most. some peopel can do 3, but 2 days straight would probalby be better.
Here's what u can do
day 1: legs
day 2: shoulders/triceps
day 3 rest:
day 4: back/biceps
day 5: chest/triceps
day 6 rest
day 7 rest
or.. since ur body doesn't know what a "week" is, u can extend ur "week" to 9-14 days. that way you can hit ur muscles twice in 9 days or however. check out Hola_Bola's journal. or W8isGr8 or aqua-beowulf's routine. but their routine's more tailored for themselves, but u can take the general idea and make it ur own. check out madcow's variation of the 5x5.
