Latley I've switched to doing incline db press before flat db press. Which has naturally caused me to use less weight on my flat db press but more on my incline. Is there anything wrong with doing incline first? I know its a good idea for people to do this if their upper chest is lagging, wich mine is, thats why I switched. I was just wondering if their was any negatives to doing it this way.
thnx

Nope, I find it best to do incline even when my upper chest isnt lagging. Your lower chest is almost always better developed than your lower chest or atleast stronger so I always do incline pressing first.
It has no negative effects unless you have an ego and care about your bench weight, if not then you'll be fine
