Hi. I am having a tough time targeting the outside area of my glutes. Any recomendations that would target that area? Thanks!

I could give several suggestions too, but it would help if you clarify what you mean by "outside glutes" as Mindi has suggested.

My outer upper thighs are too big. Having a thin waist and playing soccer for over 30 years doesn't help matters!
