WHEY Protein: Top Picks for optimal results

Currently I switched from syntha-6 to Nitrotech. I love syntha 6, but it's sooo high in calories. I'm adjusting to Nitrotech, but would enjoy some imput on top whey supplements from my peers.

I have been using Allmax Whey Protein for a while, and it seems to be doing the trick. I recently started using Isofemme Whey Protein as well, and it seems to be working nicely as well. They both have about 0.5 g of fat, I believe, and are almost pure whey (110-115 kcal, 27 g of protein). Quite delicious, too!

I also use Nitro tech as well. Met-Rx meal replacement packets are really good as well and since it's a casein/whey protein blend it keeps me feeling full for hours.

I just started using Bionic Edge for women. It's actually pretty good. It's low in carbs has 30g. protein per serving. Has a thicker consistency and fills me up more. Also has more calcium. I've used about every protein out there.
My favorites are BSN Lean Dessert, VPX Zero Carb, and EAS 100% whey.

I I use "ON whey" and I like it.I have used nitrotech before and I was happy with it but it has 5g of creatine a scoop I belive and thats a bit much if I have more than one scoop in a day.

I use ON Whey & Lean Desert, I'm very happy with both.

I usually get the strawberry ON, after all the great reviews I've heard about the Choc Mint I decided to give it a go, it came yesterday, I couldn't wait to open it... Took the lid off, it smelt fantastic, rushed to make myself a shake and...... it's HORRID! It tastes like chemicals

I hope it grows on me because I bought a 5lbs tub!! EKK.

ON Whey and Dymatize Elite Whey. I haven't had a bad flavor with either brand. I love the Banana Cream flavored ON, and the Cafe Mocha flavored Dymatize.

I normally use ON Whey Chocolate or PVL Whey and love it, but just got a great deal on Muscle Milk and wanted to try it even though it is much higher in fat content. I have heard so many great things about it, that I had to try it myself.

I had one scoop of it mixed with 1/2c. oats this morning, Choc. Banana Crunch, and it tasted amazing!! I will have to wait a week or two to see its effects in comparison to my normal whey protein.
