According to the charts at a docs office I am going to die from being so obese... but in all seriousness, what is a maintainable body weight? I currently weigh 240 and I am planning on leaning up a bit to get the abs to really show. I am about a 35-36 inch waist, 36" inseam and have a pretty large bone build. What seems normal for a guy who actually excercises. I was thinking 225?

Average lifespan of US male doctors is 58yrs old, average of males in genreal is 76yrs old. Now I would assume with all thier fancy charts and knowledge they would know how to life atleast to the average, not to mention with thier money they should be able to afford better food and stuff.
I would take the advice over a GNC salesman over a doctor, hell they are both drug pushers.
