Help needed guys!
im 5'10 _210 pounds
my goal is to the standard drop my body fat to under 10% & build muscle!!
id just like tips and tricks on how i can improve E.G workouts,supplements,any drugs that might improve my results..
Currently working out mininum 4 times a week doing: warm up - 10 mins (rower)
weights - 45mins (1 muscle group)
boxing - 30 mins (circuits on heavy bag, speed bag & basic toning work on light dumbells & work my abs)
Curently taking protein shakes after training
Diet consists of : Breakfast cereal in morning 8.00am
homemade protein bar 11.00am
Lunch chicken sandwich on brown bread
or egg bacon on toast
dinner chicken and rice 6.00 pm
pork and veg with pepper sauce
chicken fajita's
Drinks i drink water in the gym and cordial when at home
My Problems: my weakness is binging 1 nite a week alcohol, i drink about 6 pints, a few whiskey lemonades, and maybe i kebab when im pissed
this causes me a lot guilt the next day... will it really affect my results dramatically??
also tempted by steroids but have a fear of goin bald
any advice on winstrol or anything else i can add would be greatly appreciated
