I don't think you guys are fully understanding the value of my Preworkout Ultima. Let's compare some things:

All-In-One: $30/20 servings: mostly carbs, a good about of EAA. A good product overall but over half the cost of what I put together, yet my product addresses so many other avenues.

R4W: $30/20 servings: again, a product I like a lot. But, it has regular whey protein and only at 5 grams. I've got more than that in EAA form. I also believe the stimulation and energy aspects of my mix is more powerful with LESS reliance on caffeine. Of course this only applies to those who respond well to ALCAR (which is most people).

Let's not overlook the most expensive part of my product which is the Antiox Matrix. Those extracts are EXTREMELY powerful. **** man, you don't even need to eat your fruits and veggies anymore cause the amount that's in 1 serving of Preworkout Ultima is equal to approximately 6 servings of fresh fruit/veggie. That's where it's at hegro.

Basically what I've done is put the most effective parts of supplements that would normally be bought separately all into one thing.

Granted it was mixed by "hand" I did not mix it in my kitchen. It was all done in my lab.

The energy substrate is necessary. It is all about making sure the free form amino get to do their job instead of being "burned up" so to speak. Notice it isn't like 20-30 grams of carbs. It's a few grams of carbs plus glutamine with the specific prupose in mind. The glutamine is there in fact to be used by the gut.

True, you can make your own. And while your blend is decent, it is drasctically inferior to what I've done. And you have yet to mix all that, flavor it, and determine a serving size.

I would go with the EAA pre-during and post with some carbs if you do carbs . Feel free to add some of the BCAA to the EAA to stretch it.

For example, assuming you have the ingredients in bulk, I would add 15 grams EAA + 10 grams BCAA + 25 grams of dex/malto, Vitargo (aka, waxy maize starch for those who want it too in cheap bulk), or any combination of fitting carbs.

I think Xylitol has numerous athletic applications. It's also a kick ass sugar replacement.

I never said it was sterile. I mean, I'm not working in a room covered with stainless steal. It's a room where the desk is wooden, the heater is broken (from me repeatedly kicking it), and my computer hums continuously on sure to outlive me. But my supplies only ever touch clean plastic, sometimes glass. I have a hand-made strobe-light surrounded by jugs of herbs... homemade absinthe in a SoBe bottle. There's also a lava lamp.
