This is the monster I've created going through pretty much all of the bulk supplies I had. It is the supreme pre-workout mix. Granted it was mixed by "hand" I did not mix it in my kitchen. It was all done in my lab.

The energy substrate is necessary. It is all about making sure the free form amino get to do their job instead of being "burned up" so to speak. Notice it isn't like 20-30 grams of carbs. It's a few grams of carbs plus glutamine with the specific prupose in mind. The glutamine is there in fact to be used by the gut.

mm, i like mixing my own blends in my lab (read: kitchen counter) from all the bulk supplements i buy. here's what i'm looking at for pre-workout, it's pretty similar:
7g EAA, 2g tyrosine, 3g glycerine, 2g Citrulline, 2.5g CEE, 300mg magnesium, 10g malto

but if one wanted to make it even better (i would, but don't feel like spending more), i'd add another gram or 2 of citrulline, add some tyramine, alcar, a couple grams of aakg, choline, replace the cee and mag with mcc (do they still sell that in bulk?) actually, whats been reported on the efficacy of tyramine? maybe i'll get some instead of tyrosine...

I bought the tribulus about 2 years ago, it was the last time I figured Igive trib a try as a muscle builder, the Yohimbe I bought as a stimulant, I hate it.

But the Maca...the Maca is for my mojo

The others are more mood and well being supps, Ashwagandha, Rhodiola and Bacopa. (though each has some vague references to sexual arousal in their literature)

But yea...now that are all together in one cap Im interested in seeing how it goes down.
