    Looks like the long head of the tricep. What you could to is horizontal sideways tricep extensions on the cable machine and feel if it is the correct muscle that is working.

    The long head of the tricep assists with the adduction of the upper arm, so doing an exercise such as the dumbbell kickback; by bringing the upper arm closer towards the body while extending the elbow will engage it.
