college bulking

yo. I've never really adhered to a specific diet bulking, just eaten every 3 hours with a pretty good idea of why im eating what. and its worked fine, ive put on a good 30 lbs this year, but I figured it was time to write something down and make sure I stick to the times. Its pretty loose, but if anyone has some good critcism id love to hear it- thanks

M/W/F/SUN
8:00- oats and protein shake
10:30-PB sandwich (in class)
12:00-tuna sandwich + meat/rice/banana (usually ground beef or chicken)
3:00-(pre-wo)-oats with sliced banana+ chicken breast or eggs
6:00-(post-wo) protein shake + rice/veggies
9:00-chicken breast + almonds
11:30-protein shake


T/TH/SAT
8:00-oats and protein shake
10:30-chicken sandwich (in class)
12:00-tuna sandwich + meat/rice/banana(usually ground beef or chicken)
3:00-(pre-wo)oats with sliced banan + chicken breast
6:00-(post-wo)protein shake + rice/veggies
9:00-omelette w/ veggies/milk
12:00-protein shake

Looks pretty decent. Few suggestions...

-make sure the bread is 100% whole wheat

-add more veggies

-instead of a protein shake before bed, have another protein source + some healthy fats. so something like tuna or chicken and almonds would be a better choice. whey protein digests very quickly and wont serve the purpose of keeping your anabolic throughout the night. however, other protein sources digest slower and if you add fats it will blunt the digestion more. thus, keeping you anabolic overnight.

thanks- i forgot to mention it was casein, MB, but I never heard about adding fats. sounds like a good idea
