Kris Dim one week out
My god he is looking awesome. His legs are getting better and better and actually are nice, albeit it not huge. His fukin chest, and arms are ridiculous. His abs are first class. The dudes back is also improved. Everything is improved, he should do well at the ironman!

people have been giving him flak for his "inflated" triceps for a while, but hes vehemently denied ever using synthol or w.e. If you've ever heard him talk, or heard his life story, then you'd probably side with him. They've always been that shape. And yea, he blew up!

it kinda does look like he is using synthol but im not saying he does or doesn't, thats on him, besides that i think his arms are still a bit too big for his body, definetly improving though.

I think in some they look a bit odd (smooth?), but when he hits the MM they look just fine. And good lord he has grown a lot!

he looks great. i never really liked him but im starting to. his arms always seemed tobig for his body. his body looks alot better now though. maybe he should stop all arm training and let the rest of him catch up.

i just looked again, and thats an amazing v taper! im glad somebodys got the right idea. your waist is suposed to be small and the rest of you big. if he kept it up, i bet he could win the olympia one day.

considering his tris exhibit the same shape over time, i'd conclude that he doesnt use synthol. or if he does, he uses very little. keep in mind that he's very short as well, so he is gonna have a different kinda look.

IMO i think if he keeps this progress up without his waist balooning like alot of guys at the moment he is in the running for the O in 2007 and will place top five in 2006
