    high weight low rep hamstring exercise

    whats a good hamstring exercises that you can do whith e heigh weight and low reps without risking to get hurt (a good addition to deadlifts)

    All good exercises, I find that weighted hyperextensions work my hamstrings in a similar way as well as the back.

    Try glute-ham raises.
