My daughter is starting to do weight lifting with me. I put her on a simple program to start, but wondering if anybody has a softball specific routine, or any ideas on what type of lifts to do and / or avoid.

Great site Max, that's what I'm also looking for as my daughter's both play softball and one is getting ready for H.S. Softball.
Now I just have to motivate her to lift.
