Hi all,
I tried the search function and only found a couple little things.
I've heard that cutting water weight for a weighin, while on creatine, could be dangerous. Most of this is based on old creatine monohydrate.
I tried CEE for a while (without cutting water) and, despite drinking lots of water, was getting a side stitch cramp, so I discontinued this.
I will be getting some Kre-Alk soon, might be a little easier on me.
Anyone know if cutting water weight on Kre-Alk is an issue like CMono? Based on the science of it, seems like I could cut water while on it. I steered from Orotine for this reason also.

I dont know much, but I do know that liiting water is absurd
Especially if you are trying to loos water weight.
the key to loosing excess water weight is by drinking more water. this will flush the sodium in your system which is resposible for retaining the extra water...
women that need to lose water weigh while menstrating or after having a child have great results by drinking 2 gallons per day...
if you wantt o loose water weight drink more water, then stop the morning of your weigh in and piss it all out

Mass, trust me I have it almost down to a science... yes, I almost triple my water intake for the last 4 days before weighin.
I was more concerned with the last 20 hours before weigh-in which I have abruptly cut cut off water and food and begin my sweat out. That is when I figure it would be dangerous. Obviously the rest of the days are fine because of the excess water running through me.

how do you know you will pee all that water out. About 4 days before a meet, i'll be drinking a lot of water, then days before, I drink less nd lesss, water is very dense and takes up a lot of weight. I always thought it would be bad to have a lot of water before a weighin. cn someone enlighten me, with links possibly? thanks
