I don't know about you guys, but just picking 3 is way too hard. I like way too much different food for that. Plus, different food is good at different times, even within that macro.
Protein: Chicken, Whey, Beef, Casein, Cottage Cheese, Ground Turkey
Carbs: Veggies, Fruit of all kinds, Oatmeal, Whole Wheat Pasta
Fat: Natty PB, Olive Oil, Almonds
