Seems like everyone pics on misc section people for not lifting, but I was just wodnering if this was actually the case.
I've been lifting seriously for about a year and a half now, I mainly post in misc because I don't really have any questions, but there's also people who are more qualified to answer questions regarding bodybuilding than I am, if I do have a question I post it, but I rarely feel so inclined.
So, do you lift or are you just here for Bryan Peppers and flaming?
Edit: If you do lift, how seriously do you take it? Is it a hobby or is it a part of your lifestyle?

there are a number of people here who dont lift. I might even go as far as to encourage someone NOT to lift. It is hard work, costly, time consuming, girls dont even care, you can get injured, in years to come you wont even noticed you lifted before, people will think you're vain, guys will sort of look down on you/be jealous.
Therefore I adivse you all to stop lifting. Really whats the point. Go ahead if you want but at least serisouly consider stop lifting.

Time Consuming = Not if your organized and view weight-lifting in a different/positive way.. Unlike you
Girls Don't Even Care = No matter how much people say "GIRLS DONT WANT MUSCLES," girls will take a ripped 200 pound guy then some shrimp skateboarding emo with a 120 pound frame and a 6-pack of bones..
You Can Get Injured = ......... shutup ......Gandolf Swag.

I lift. I can't not lift; I don't even take weeks off even though I'm supposed to. I lift for (mentally/psychologically) therapeutic purposes, and to give me confidence. I don't consider myself a bodybuilder, because I have absolutely zero interest in competing. I take supplements like creatine/protein powder/protein bars, I eat clean, and I eat every three hours. But I smoke, and I drink ON WEEKENDS. So, in a nutshell, yes I do lift, and am a serious gymrat, but I am not a bodybuilder.

5 days a week. It's not just a hobby for me.
I love the misc. section beause it is highly entertaining and has a diverse collection of people. Some of the funniest sh*t I've ever seen/read in my life has been in the misc. forum. I couldn't live without it and think it is unique because I go to other sites but never have I come across anything that compares to the BB.com misc. forum.
I of course read and post in the other forums here as well and people always crack on the misc. section but I think it's great. The misc. section RULES!!!!!!!!!90% of the game is half mental...
You can read me, but you can't see me!!!!!
