howmany days until the water retention subisdes from Melting Point??

Hey, I've seen numerous threads say about 12 days but I took 6-8 caps a day for 1.5 bottles of Melting Point before I stopped taking it bout 2.5 weeks ago and I still feel that I'm holding a little bit of water....especially in the face. Just wondering with that long of a cycle, will I need to wait a few more days before the excess water gets pissed out???

It will vary man. I took a much lower dose of TTA for 28 days and it took me almost 3 weeks till I finally lost all the water rentention. But yeah, most people tend to lose the majority of it in 2 weeks, but our bodies retain a little more. Have you been drinking lots of water, watching your sodium intake, and performing cardio?

yes, although just recently doing cardio....ive been holding ****loads of water tho and actully seemed to GAIN weight on it....maybe because it made me so ****ing hungry i'd get up in the middle of the night and tear up the PB

im thinking for as high as i dosed it plus for how long it might take up to 4 weeks....i only had some hand cramps in the beginning tho and foot cramps but that was it...maybe i was a non responder?
