I'm finally done

This took me a really really really long time. I couldn't find any translations for it on the net so I had to translate it word by word and classical arabic is very hard to translate. Not just the words, but also the context which they are ment to be in. I enjoyed doing it though. Another reason for being late with the translation is because I had tests and quizzes all week long (engineering student here). Sorry for keeping you waiting.
At the end of each part I mentioned the respective time in the video. This way you can better keep track of what he's saying.Check out the parts about death and taking care of your parents. Very touching.
The prayer :

The translation:
Allah hears those who praise him (0:12)
oh lord guide us by those who you have guided, (0:19)
and bless us by those whom you have blessed, (0:24)
and take charge of us with those who you have taken charge of, (0:29)
and bless us with that which you have given (o:34)
and guard us and take away, with your mercy, the harm of what you have willed (0:42)
for you will with righteousness and no one wills upon u (0:49)
truly not shamed is he who you have supported (0:54)
and not dignified is he who you have taken as enemy (0:59)
blessed be our lord and glorious (1:03)
there is no refuge from you but to you (1:08)
we ask of you, our lord, to forgive all of our sins and we repent to you (1:18)
o lord grant us of fear that which will stand between us and your disobedience (1:27)
and of your obedience that which you will allow us to enter ur heaven by (1:33)
and of assuredness that by which you will lighten on us the heavy burden of worldly tribulations (1:42)
and, o lord, bless us with our hearing, and sight, and strength so long as you keep us (1:58)
and make it the heir of us (that which remains of us) (2:03)
and bestow our vengeance on he who has wronged us (2:08)
and let us be victorious over he who has made us his enemy (2:13)
and let not our tribulation be in our religion (2:19)
and let not worldly matters be the greatest of our concerns (2:25)
and the pinnacle of our knowledge (2:30)
and not to hell our destiny (2:37)
and let heaven, o lord, be our residence (2:42)
o lord of all worlds (2:45)
o lord bring to our souls their devoutness (2:51)
and cleanse them for you are the best of whom to cleanse them (2:57)
It is you who is their potentate (commander) and lord (3:01)
o lord of all worlds (3:04)
o lord disperse the heavy burdens of the burdened of Muslims (3:11)
and ease the distress of the distressed of Muslims (3:19)
and heal our sickly and the sickly of Muslims (3:24)
o lord purify our hearts of hypocrisy (3:31)
and our deeds of duplicity (boasting with deeds, showing off) (3:36)
and our tongues of lies (3:39)
and our eyes of betrayal (3:43)
for you are knowing of the betrayal of eyes and what chests conceal (secrets) (3:51)
o lord of all worlds (3:53)
o lord we call upon you with every name you are known by (3:59)
be it that which u have named urself by (4:02)

or which you have kept to yourself in the knowledge of unknown that you possess (4:16)
To let the great quran be the springtide (springtime) of our hearts (4:23)
and the enlightenment of our chests (4:27)
and the end of our sadness (4:32)
and the clearing of our concerns and burdens (4:36)
o lord remind us of it (the quran) that which we have been made to forget (4:42)
and teach us of it what we have been ignorant to (4:47)
and grant us its recitation throughout the night and the stretches of day (4:55)
in the manner that best satisfies you with us (5:00)
o lord you are Allah, who there is no god but you (5:08)
you are the opulent (rich) one and we are in poverty to u X2 (5:23)
irrigate (water) us with rain and let us not be of those in drought (i.e. save us) (5:30)
O lord grant us rain (save us) X3 (5:42)
O lord; irrigation of mercy , not irrigation of torture nor destruction nor drowning (5:52)
o lord of all worlds (5:55)
O lord we ask you in your most beautiful names (6:02)
and divine attributes (6:05)
To aid us in being reverent (kind, devoted) towards our parents X2 (6:18)
O lord, and have mercy on them just as they have raised us when were little (6:25)
O lord, and that of them who has died; (6:33)
Let his grave be one of the orchids of heaven (6:40)
and furnish (provide) him with calm breeze and basil (an aromatic herb) (6:49)
and light and faith (6:53)
O noble and merciful one (6:58)
O the one who the faces have looked up to (7:04)
and the voices have quieted for (7:10)
and the hearts have become fearful to (7:14)
Forgive, O lord, Forgive the sins of our dead and all of the dead of Muslims (7:24)
Who have testified for you in your oneness (7:30)
and for your prophet in his message (7:33)
and died in that manner (7:37)
O lord forgive them and have mercy on them (7:41)
and heal them and pardon them (7:45)
and ennoble their place of stay (7:47)
and stretch out their entrance (7:50)
and cleanse them with water and ice and hail (7:56)
and purify them from sins and wrongdoings (8:02)
Just as white clothing is purified from filth (impurity) (8:09)
O lord, and let the graves of our dead be one of the orchids of heaven (12:35)
and let them not be one of the holes of the fires (8:25)
and have mercy on us, o lord, when we come to that which they have come to (8:42)
underneath the rocks and dirt all alone (8:48)
Who do we have, o our lord ? (8:52)
O merciful one X2 (8:57)
O lord let our final words from this world be "there is no god but Allah" X2 (9:33)
O lord affirm (belay, stabilize, fix) us on it (9:37)
O lord let us not divert (stray, sidetrack) from it (9:42)
Our lord, how many times have we promised you to repent and broken that promise ? (9:49)
and how many times have we repented to you only to stray afterwards? (9:56)
O patient one to he who has disobeyed you (10:01)
O all-hearing one to he who has (prayed to) invoked you (10:09)
O respondent one to he who has called upon you (10:14)
We ask of you, o lord, in This, our blessed night, (10:20)
To emancipate (free, release) our necks and the necks of our parents from the fire (10:28)
O lord, and emancipate (free, release) our necks from the fire (10:35)
and harbor (shelter) us from your wrath, o Almighty one (10:40)
O lord of all worlds (10:43)
O lord, repeat Ramadan on us for many years (10:49)
and lengthy times (10:52)
And let us, in it, be of those who you had mercy on (10:56)
and let us not, in it, be of those who have been denied of your mercy (11:01)
O lord, accept our Salats (prayers) (11:06)
and our fasting (11:08)
and our kneeling (11:11)
and our genuflection (bowing on the floor in worship) (11:13)
and our dua'a (prayer, invocation), o lord of all worlds (11:17)
O lord, do not send us back futile (unfulfilled) X2 (11:32)
O lord of all worlds (11:34)
Our lord, grant us, in this world, a merit (good deed) (11:37)
and, in the afterlife, a merit (good deed) (11:41)
and save us from the torture of fire (11:46)
and admit us to heaven with the devoted ones (good doers) (11:51)
O lord, we seek refuge in your satisfaction with us from you wrath (11:56)
and in your blessings from ur punishment (12:00)
and in you from you, we do not count compliments on you (12:06)
you are just as you have complimented yourself (12:10)
And let your blessings (beatitude), o lord, be on our prophet and beloved and role model Muhammad (12:17)
And on his family and companions and let peace be upon them. (12:23)
God is grater (12:29)
