    Need supplement suggestions

Ok so ive just started working out about a month ago and im planning on buying some supplements but I dont know which to buy. If it helps, im 18, low BF, 5"4' / 125lbs, and my goal is get bigger so Im not so small. So would it be best to go for something to gain mass? What ive been thinking so far is Prolab Creatine Mono and Optimum whey protein. I hardly know anything about supplements and im just trying to go by info i can find on the forum. Reps to anyone that can give some suggestions..

creatine, protein, and a good multivitamin are mostly the starting points of taking supplements then if you decide your workouts are dry you can look into preworkout NO products. be sure to keep your water intake at least 1-2 gal.

Ok thanks, so from little I do know....I should take the creatine about an hour before working out, then a protein shake after? And totalling about 2-3 shakes a day?

Another quick question. What are products like MuscleMilk, CellMass, and NO-Explode compared to creatine? Are they just gainers and pre workout energy boosters? Should i hold off on products like that until later and just take whey protein and creatine mono to start with?

you got the right idea, maybe a pre-workout such as armageddon or white flood would be food for you. some pre-workouts have creatine, glutamine, etc in them. you might want to check some out.

definately look into creatine and beta alanine, creatine will help you with stength and size and beta alanine willhelp you with endurance during your workouts.

Voluplex has both of these ingredients in capsul form, and since you are only 125lbs, you could get away with just 2 servings per day and save $$$

Ok thanks, I think im just going to buy the prolab creatine mono in powdered form. If its the same thing as the pills its cheaper and has more servings. Since this is coming out of my pocket I need to try and save some money. Meager reps for the replies.
