When i first started taking an ECA stack i never experienced anxiety attacks. However the last time i took several products, such as the original hydroxycut and Lipo 6 i experienced some anxiety attacks. My question is since these stacks contained yohimbe, was it the yohimbe mixed with ephedra causing this? If i would take a purt ECA stack just ephedra caffeine and aspirin would i experience such an increase in anxiety ?

I’ve taken that higher power yohimbe and that stuff gave me horrible anxiety at every dose every time…

Yeah thats what i was thinking. The Yohimbe is behind the anxiety issues. On plain old ECA i never recall myself sitting there in a cold sweat with my heart racing.

not a fan of yohimbine either. headaches are the worst effect i feel.

Yohimbe makes me feel like i am in a cloud while suing it. Ever feel like you have pnuemonia? thats how I feel using it. But it has to be pure stuff, the cheap stuff does nothing but makes me sick to the stomach.
