If I'm trying to gain weight and be more muscular and bulk up. Is me eating any type of food and weightlifting doing any good?

Well, I try to eat all the meat things I can get my hands on, such as steak, especially chicken(eat that about 4 times a week), pork, BBQ, hamburger,ham, and turkey. I try to stay away from pizza, chips, candy and stuff like that. Basically I try to stay with the main course meals.
Since I can chose mostly what I eat. This is kinda my routine everyday.
Morning-cereal or french toast or toast with choclate milk.
Lunch-whatever they have at school, I try to chose what is best.
After school- turkey,ham,cheese,lettuce, and mayo sandwhich
and whatever My mom choses for supper, then maybe a little meat after supper.
Can u give me any tips or help?

I eat the same things. Meat, milk, eggs, PB, potatoes, rice, lots of veggies ect. I do have 2 Wendy's singles every Friday. But, you have to have your cals around 4500. I just try to keep the fat intake as low as possible. But the main thing is to eat. As an Endo, i pack on weight easily, so i try to eat clean as is. I was cutting for a very long time , so i added alot of dairy and carbs, as before when i did not.
Eating lots of protein is key
as well.
